What is ParkCharter?

ParkCharter is a trip planner for Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort (including Epic Universe). It builds a personalized, day-by-day itinerary for your group, factoring in real wait-time history, park hours, dining preferences, kid ages, height requirements, and special events.

The plan is built by a deterministic engine working from a real catalog, so it only ever schedules rides and restaurants that actually exist and are open. On top of that, an AI assistant called Arrowanswers your questions and adjusts the day on the fly, using current park info like ride closures and today’s waits.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your trip. Dates, parks, group size, ages, dining preferences, and hotel.
  2. Get a personalized itinerary. ParkCharter builds a full day-by-day plan of rides, meals, shows, and transport, ordered around real wait-time history for your group.
  3. Chat with Arrow. Ask follow-up questions, swap rides, or get dining ideas. Arrow works from current park data, not cached answers.
  4. Share your plan. Send a link to your travel group so everyone is on the same page.

ParkCharter plans against a live catalog of more than 170 rides and attractions and over 200 dining venues across all 8 Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando parks, the same data the planner uses to build your day. Wait-time estimates come from the real posted-wait history we track for every headliner, roughly the last two weeks of it, not numbers we made up.

The itinerary itself is built by a deterministic engine: it places every ride, meal, and break from that real catalog and wait history, with no AI guessing in the schedule. That is the whole point.
